TL;DR — Your Privacy Matters

  • Most tools process everything in your browser — we never see your data
  • AI tools send data to third-party APIs (OpenAI, Google) — not our servers
  • We don't store, log, or track what you paste into our tools
  • No user accounts, no databases, no data collection

What Data We Collect

Client-Side Tools (Most Tools)

The following tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you paste or process is sent to our servers or any third party:

  • JWT Decoder
  • Base64 Encoder/Decoder
  • URL Encoder/Decoder
  • JSON Formatter
  • Hash Generator
  • Git Commit Linter

All processing happens locally on your device. When you close the page, everything is gone. We have no way to see or access what you entered.

AI-Powered Tools

Two of our tools use third-party AI APIs to provide functionality:

AI Token Counter (Gemini API)

  • When counting Gemini tokens, your text is sent to Google's Gemini API
  • This request goes directly from our Cloudflare Worker to Google — we don't store it
  • Google's privacy policy applies: Google Privacy Policy
  • GPT-4o token counting happens client-side (no API call)

AI Prompt Debugger

  • Your prompts are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis
  • This request goes through our Cloudflare Worker — we don't log or store prompts

Analytics & Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies) to understand basic usage patterns:

  • Page views and which tools are most popular
  • Country-level geographic data (not precise location)
  • Browser and device type
  • Referrer information (where visitors come from)

Cloudflare Analytics does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and is GDPR compliant.

Third-Party Advertising (If Applicable)

We may display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out of personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

What We Don't Do

  • No user accounts — you can't sign up even if you wanted to
  • No databases — we don't store user data anywhere
  • No tracking pixels — no Facebook, Google, or other trackers
  • No email collection — we don't have a newsletter or mailing list
  • No selling data — there's no data to sell

Data Security

Since we don't collect or store your data, there's nothing to secure on our end. For client-side tools, your data never leaves your device. For AI tools, data is transmitted over HTTPS and processed by our third-party providers (Google, OpenAI) according to their security standards.

Your Rights

Because we don't collect personal data, there's nothing for us to delete, export, or modify. If you have concerns about data sent to third-party APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI), please refer to their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Our tools are designed for developers and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of our tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
